Google User Data Policy

RunCall complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

1. Data Accessed

RunCall requests access to the following Google user data:

• Calendar Events (Read/Write): We access your primary calendar to check for availability conflicts and to create new events when a consultation is booked.
• Basic Profile Info: We access your name and email address to create your account and identify you.

2. Data Usage

We use your Google Calendar data strictly to:

• Display your available time slots to potential clients.
• Prevent double-booking by hiding slots where you are already busy.
• Automatically insert a Google Meet link into your calendar when a booking is confirmed.

We do NOT use your data for advertising purposes.

3. Data Sharing

RunCall does not transfer or share your Google user data with any third parties, except as necessary to provide the service (e.g., creating the calendar event). We do not sell your data.

4. Data Storage & Protection

Your data is stored securely in our database (Supabase) using industry-standard encryption. Access tokens are encrypted and stored securely.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your data only as long as you have an active account. You can request the full deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing us at ltonini18@gmail.com or using the delete feature in your dashboard. Upon request, all data is permanently removed within 72 hours.
